We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant Specialist to raise the bar together.

What do we expect from you?

— Written Spanish (B2); English (B2+): please note that this item is the first on the list, it is very important for us!

— Experience working with customers: by mail, in chats and/or live;

— Initiative and organization: we encourage talking about problems and suggesting ways to solve them. We are able to take responsibility for achievements/failures and control our working hours on a shift;

— Desire to learn and develop in the IT field: most team leads grew from Junior positions.

How exactly does the work go?

— We communicate with users in Ukrainian, English, Chinese, and Spanish via chats and emails regarding our sites and services;

— The change occurs from 16 to 24;

— We transfer complex requests to other departments;

— We have a 30-minute break and an additional 1-2 opportunities to leave for 10-15 minutes during a shift, a meeting for team interaction to stay in shape;
