<p data-start="181" data-end="443">This role exists to define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and performance of the payment product portfolio. You’ll lead product direction, teams, and decision-making to ensure alignment with company strategy, financial goals, and customer needs.</p>

<ul>
<li data-start="2350" data-end="2440">5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including 2+ years as a Lead Product Manager.</li>
<li data-start="2443" data-end="2527">Proven experience defining company-level product metrics and ownership across teams.</li>
<li data-start="2530" data-end="2630">Experience ensuring sustained growth of product metrics through launches and operational excellence.</li>
<li data-start="2633" data-end="2713">Ability to define long-term product vision and development plans (12–24 months).</li>
<li data-start="2716" data-end="2790">Experience contributing to company strategy together with other directors.</li>
<li data-start="2793" data-end="2872">Strong ownership of resource balance, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.</li>
<li data-start="2875" data-end="2974">Proven people leadership experience, including managing multiple PMs and developing senior leaders.</li>
