<p>This role exists to help us maintain financial accuracy across our casino product ecosystem while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.<br>You'll help us ensure reliable financial settlements with casino game providers by owning reconciliation processes, investigating discrepancies, and turning financial data into actionable business insights.</p>
<h2>What you’ll drive:</h2>
<div><strong>Financial Reconciliation & Control</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Own monthly reconciliation processes with casino game providers</li>
<li>Validate financial settlements, accruals, deductions, and transactional data accuracy</li>
<li>Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely issue resolution</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of financial control and reporting accuracy</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Financial Analysis & Business Insights</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Analyze financial performance and profitability across providers and products</li>
<li>Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve revenue and optimize costs</li>
<li>Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain analytical reports for internal stakeholders</li>

<li>Partner with internal teams and providers to collect and validate financial data</li>
<li>Support initiatives aimed at automating reconciliation and reporting processes</li>
<li>Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and operational workflows</li>
<li>Contribute to scalable financial processes as the business grows</li>

<li>Communicate with external providers regarding settlements, discrepancies, and financial queries</li>
<li>Coordinate resolution of exchange rate differences and reporting inconsistencies</li>
<li>Support commercial discussions related to discounts and financial adjustments</li>
<li>Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li>
</ul>
<h2>What makes you a GR8 fit</h2>
<div><strong>Must-have</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>1+ year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or a related field</li>
<li>Experience working with large datasets and financial reports</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and data analysis tools</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and business opportunities</li>
<li>Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, both written and spoken</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with external partners</li>
<li>Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related discipline</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Nice-to-have</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Experience in the Gambling, iGaming, Fintech, or Payments industry</li>
<li>Knowledge of reconciliation and settlement processes</li>
<li>Experience with Jira, 1C, or similar business systems</li>
<li>Exposure to process automation or reporting optimization initiatives</li>
<li>Understanding of exchange rate calculations and international settlements</li>
