<p data-start="25" data-end="434">This role exists to execute and operationally manage learning and development initiatives. It supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs to ensure their quality and promote a continuous development culture. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure effective and timely delivery of learning initiatives and supports ongoing program improvements.</p>

<li data-section-id="4me0j3" data-start="599" data-end="667">Assist in implementing learning processes within the organization.</li>
<li data-section-id="1nnc6dg" data-start="668" data-end="746">Receive and manage training requests to support continuous learning culture.</li>

<li data-section-id="1xgckpt" data-start="919" data-end="1043">Coordinate training events including scheduling, materials preparation, online venue management, and speaker coordination.</li>
<li data-section-id="6ij2e1" data-start="1044" data-end="1141">Maintain records of learning programs including attendance, progress tracking, and assessments.</li>

<li data-section-id="viig2" data-start="1378" data-end="1479">Support administration of contracts and relationships with external vendors and training providers.</li>

<li data-section-id="m4g2k7" data-start="1734" data-end="1799">Monitor and execute defined L&amp;D KPIs to ensure process quality.</li>

<li data-section-id="jo8urj" data-start="1845" data-end="1933">2+ years of experience in L&amp;D Specialist, L&amp;D Project Manager, or Event Manager roles.</li>
<li data-section-id="uucblo" data-start="1934" data-end="2029">Proven experience in implementing talent development initiatives and delivering L&amp;D projects.</li>
<li data-section-id="j3r1kn" data-start="2030" data-end="2107">Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design basics.</li>
<li data-section-id="85v63y" data-start="2108" data-end="2182">Experience in developing and managing training and development programs.</li>
<li data-section-id="12wtpc5" data-start="2183" data-end="2263">Familiarity with learning management systems and educational technology tools.</li>
<li data-section-id="1pnsfc5" data-start="2264" data-end="2344">Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.</li>
<li data-section-id="57e9st" data-start="2397" data-end="2460">Ability to identify problems and risks and suggest solutions.</li>
<li data-section-id="plqlma" data-start="2461" data-end="2550">Ability to collect, analyze, and report on training effectiveness metrics and feedback.</li>
