Provide organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements
Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
Experience working in customer-facing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with working independently in a remote setting
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial
