Course Operations Specialist – Freelance, Remote

Our client is a healthcare and professional education company based in the United States, offering continuing education courses, webinars, and certifications for healthcare professionals and the general public. Founded and run by a practicing clinician with deep subject-matter expertise, the business has built a substantial library of 40+ courses and is now scaling its online delivery ahead of a major industry conference. The client is looking for a long-term technical partner to bring structure, systems, and speed to how their content gets built, hosted, and launched.

This role exists because our client’s growth has outpaced her technical capacity — she is a full-time content expert and part-time clinician with no dedicated technical support, currently building and launching courses manually while managing a live practice. The mission of this role is to remove that bottleneck entirely: to take finished content and independently transform it into fully functional, launch-ready online courses, freeing the client to focus solely on what she does best — creating and delivering content. With a live conference deadline in September, this hire is critical to converting a backlog of course content into a polished, revenue-ready online offering without further delay.
