Compliance Manager

We’re building new products:

Flipper One — a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC.

BUSY Bar — a smart productivity multi-tool that helps users stay focused and minimize distractions.
We’re looking for a Compliance Manager to own product and trade compliance across our hardware portfolio, ensuring our products meet regulatory requirements and can be sold globally while keeping compliance practical and business-oriented.
Responsibilities:

Own compliance across multiple hardware products and global markets

Identify certification requirements for new markets

Define regulatory labelling requirements for packaging, products and user manuals

Coordinate certifications, test reports, and regulatory documentation

Partner with Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams

Monitor regulatory changes and certificate renewals
Requirements:

Experience with international product compliance in consumer electronics

Manage end-to-end testing and compliance for RF, EMC, and Safety standards (e.g., FCC, CE, IC, RED, NCC)

Experience in environmental product compliance, such as WEEE, RoHS, packaging and Battery EPR registrations across key sales regions

Ability to own the compliance process end to end

Strong English communication skills
