Merchant Onboarding Specialist

As a Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you will be a senior member of the onboarding team, owning the activation of SME merchants across our dynamic markets from approval to go-live. Beyond managing your own portfolio, you will take the lead on complex and escalated cases, drive improvements to how the team onboards merchants, and help Executives on the team grow and perform. The focus is on faster, higher-quality activations, strong brand consistency, and lasting relationships with Tabby’s partners that support sustainable growth.
