qualification
Backend – a must-have
Excellent knowledge of Python and Django
Experience with PostgreSQL
Confident in developing REST APIs
Backend – Nice-to-have
GraphQL, Redis
Experience with LLMs and the development of AI systems (e.g., LangChain, AWS Bedrock/OpenSearch)
Knowledge of RAG/CAG and the development of intelligent chatbots
Using Docker (Docker Compose)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, AWS)
Frontend – Must-have
Excellent knowledge of React and Next.js
TypeScript
Experience in building customized design systems (e.g., shadcn/ui)
Tailwind CSS, React Query
State management (e.g. state, Redux Toolkit, MobX)
Frontend – Nice-to-have
Monorepo structures
Experience with wikis (e.g., Wiki.js)
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design
Storybook, testing (e.g. TestCafe, Jest, Selenium)
Docker, CI/CD pipelines
Form validation (e.g., React Hook Form) and schema validation (e.g., Zod)
