<p>This role exists to transform complex internal operations into seamless, high-performance digital workflows. You’ll help us <strong>scale our operational efficiency</strong> by <strong>owning the end-to-end design of the tools</strong> that power our teams every day.</p>

<p><strong>Discovery & Decision Making</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Identify</strong> and audit pain points for internal users, turning frustration into empowering workflows.</li>
<li><strong>Validate</strong> design hypotheses through prototypes and direct feedback loops with internal stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Simplify</strong> complex business requirements into intuitive user flows without losing functional depth.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Design & Execution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Ship</strong> elegant, scalable UI/UX solutions using Figma and established admin design patterns.</li>
<li><strong>Design</strong> detailed specifications, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for engineering handoff.</li>
<li><strong>Refine</strong> data visualization components to make massive datasets readable and actionable.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Collaboration & Alignment</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Partner</strong> closely with Product Management and Engineering to align on technical feasibility and deadlines.</li>
<li><strong>Communicate</strong> the "why" behind your design choices, participating in active design critiques.</li>
<li><strong>Unblock</strong> development by providing clear edge-case documentation (empty states, errors, permissions).</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What makes you a GR8 fit:</strong></h2>
<p><strong>Must-have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>3+ years</strong> of UI/UX experience specifically in <strong>Back-office, Admin panels, or Enterprise SaaS.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Portfolio</strong> showing end-to-end flows for complex, data-heavy products (not just landing pages).</li>
<li><strong>Advanced Figma</strong> skills and a deep understanding of admin panel design patterns.</li>
<li><strong>Proven ability</strong> to ship products within technical constraints and iterate based on feedback.</li>
<li><strong>Intermediate+ English level</strong> and fluency in Ukrainian.</li>
<li><strong>Proactive ownership:</strong> You don't wait for a task; you find the friction and propose a fix.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice-to-have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Design Systems for internal tools.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of front-end constraints (how tables and forms are built).</li>
<li>Experience in High-load systems.</li>
