This role exists to transform complex internal operations into seamless, high-performance digital workflows. You’ll help us scale our operational efficiency by owning the end-to-end design of the tools that power our teams every day.
<h2>What you’ll drive:</h2>
Discovery & Decision Making
<ul>
<li>Identify and audit pain points for internal users, turning frustration into empowering workflows.</li>
<li>Validate design hypotheses through prototypes and direct feedback loops with internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Simplify complex business requirements into intuitive user flows without losing functional depth.</li>
</ul>
Design & Execution
<ul>
<li>Ship elegant, scalable UI/UX solutions using Figma and established admin design patterns.</li>
<li>Design detailed specifications, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for engineering handoff.</li>
<li>Refine data visualization components to make massive datasets readable and actionable.</li>
</ul>
Collaboration & Alignment
<ul>
<li>Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to align on technical feasibility and deadlines.</li>
<li>Communicate the "why" behind your design choices, participating in active design critiques.</li>
<li>Unblock development by providing clear edge-case documentation (empty states, errors, permissions).</li>
</ul>
<h2>What makes you a GR8 fit:</h2>
Must-have
<ul>
<li>3+ years of UI/UX experience specifically in Back-office, Admin panels, or Enterprise SaaS.</li>
<li>Portfolio showing end-to-end flows for complex, data-heavy products (not just landing pages).</li>
<li>Advanced Figma skills and a deep understanding of admin panel design patterns.</li>
<li>Proven ability to ship products within technical constraints and iterate based on feedback.</li>
<li>Intermediate+ English level and fluency in Ukrainian.</li>
<li>Proactive ownership: You don't wait for a task; you find the friction and propose a fix.</li>
</ul>
Nice-to-have
<ul>
<li>Experience with Design Systems for internal tools.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of front-end constraints (how tables and forms are built).</li>
<li>Experience in High-load systems.</li>
