Toloka AI is a crowdsourcing and AI training data platform originally developed by Yandex. It connects a global workforce with micro-tasks that power machine learning systems for major technology companies and research institutions.

Workers (called Tolokers) complete tasks on a task-by-task basis with no long-term commitment required. The platform uses a skill-based progression system — reliable, accurate workers gain access to higher-paying tasks over time.
