- Job seekers: We do not require account creation. No personal data is collected when browsing or applying for jobs. Application clicks are tracked anonymously for analytics.
- Employers: Name, email address, company name, and job listing details when you submit a job posting.
- Contact form: Name, email address, and message content when you contact us.
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on site — collected automatically via standard web server logs.
How We Use Your Data
- To deliver The Remote Advantage newsletter to subscribers
- To review and publish employer job listings
- To respond to contact form enquiries

- Paystack / Stripe: Payment processing for employer listings and career services. We never store payment card details directly.

Data Retention
Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Job listing submissions are retained for the duration the listing is active plus 6 months.
